Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 5 business days for processing.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (within USA)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes an item on pre-order, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AlpenFlow Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AlpenFlow Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
